Loved working with Cathy! Have worked with her on two different occasions and she is super thorough which we really needed. There will always be inevitable glitches with these transactions and she was great as we worked through them. Also, high level of integrity. No question we would use her again. Highly recommend!

Cathy Helped me find my Dream Victorian in Glyndon MD. She held my hand through the 5 hour inspection,guided us through the negotiation process and then helped me find a PA realtor to sell my PA house.Cathy then did her magic and staged the PA house so I could get a contract on it in 15 days. Her abounding energy and focus is her strength but her kindness and compassion is her gift.

Cathy is such a joy to work with and makes the boring parts of buying and selling fun and the stressful parts easy and understandable. She is an absolute work horse and will work tirelessly to ensure you meet your goals with buying, selling or renting a home. WIth Cathy you don't just go through a one-time purchase/sale, you make a friend for life who will remember your whole family's birthdays and special dates and bless you with the sweetest of thoughtful gifts. It might sound like I'm selling too hard, but she's just really that great and our whole family loves her and her team!

Cathy Morgan-Dendrinos was stellar! She provided us with excellent service and sound advice throughout the entire process. Additionally, she was sensitive and attentive to the fact that I had lived in the house we were selling for 53 years. She provided emotional support and was my cheerleader when I needed her to be. Laura Finney was fantastic- hardworking, attentive, and a can-do person. This trait ranks high on my list of attributes and Cathy and Laura have it in spades!

Cathy was incredibly responsive and made us feel like we were the center of her world during the negotiations. Had lots of great ideas, lots of connections to contractors so we could get an idea of what it would take to get the house the way we want it. She was there after the sale as well. Would definitely use her again.

After Cathy listed it on the market, they had a contract within 3 months and it sold within 6 months! Cathy was wonderful through the whole process! She was responsive and very knowledgeable.
