Cathy went above and beyond in both selling our house and finding us a new house. We couldn't be more satisfied. She staged our old house and we were able to get a top dollar offer, without her knowledge and dedication I don't think we would have achieved this. She also was always ready to show us houses and advise us on what to look for and worked with the sellers realtors tirelessly. I don't think anyone could have done more than Cathy to get our house sold and at a good price. She was there at the very beginning when we asked her suggestions as to what we could do to prepare our house for sale. When the time came to actually stage the house, she went over and beyond anything we could have imagined. The place looked absolutely fabulous. So much time and energy put into it. She is an excellent interior designer with some of the changes at her own expense. Then, when it came to actually putting the house on the market, she was so good at explaining to us the process as well as what it was we were signing. The open house was amazing... lots of food and traffic. Then, when it came time for deciding which offer to accept, she was so good at explaining the pros and cons of each offer. I have never met anyone quite like her: part artist, part lawyer, part contracts expert, with great attention to detail. You don't expect that when you first meet her because she is so gregarious. Anyway, we can't imagine signing on with anyone else other than her for all our future real estate needs.

We would give Cathy Morgan-Dendrinos 1,000 stars if we could! Cathy is a magician!! We reached out to her on a Thursday to discuss the possibility of her listing our family home! In one week she staged, photographed, multiple listed……and SOLD our home……for over our asking price!!! It was sooooo easy and such a pleasure throughout the entire process! Cathy knew this was a bittersweet time for us and she showed us so much compassion all along the way. Instead of the tears I imagined at settlement….. we were laughing and hugging Cathy and the new owners! Cathy was amazing! She helped us buy our first home, and what a great experience! She was there to answer all of our questions, at any hour of the day. She was able to negotiate for us, to make sure the house we loved we got at the right price - and we never felt pressured to make a purchase we were not comfortable with. We LOVE our home, and Cathy was made sure that we understood every step in the process. Could not recommend her enough!

We met Cathy at an open house a few months ago. We immediately connected. So when it was time to sell our house we knew who to call. She is very to date on current trends, pricing and what people are looking for. We put our house on the market on a Thursday night at midnight and had it sold the next day. Cathy did an amazing job from start to finish. She made sound recommendations for improvements before listing, oversaw the selection of contractors and got them in and out on a very coordinated schedule. As listing day approached she staged our house perfectly so that any potential buyer could see the full beauty of our home. Cathy's guidance allowed our home to sell in a week--WOW! After contract, Cathy stayed involved making sure settlement was as easy as showing up and signing the papers. While it was difficult to sell a home we loved so much, Cathy's expertise made the process very smooth. I could not recommend Cathy any more highly.

From the decision to list to the day of settlement Cathy went above and beyond with her efforts and attention to detail. She came into our home and made sound recommendations for items that needed to be addressed before listing and oversaw the entire process including recommending the right people to contract with to have the work done, overseeing the contractors and transmitting their invoices. Cathy Morgan-Dendrinos and her partner, Laura Finney, recently completed the sale of our home in Howard County, Maryland. Cathy and Laura made some excellent recommendations about updates to our 17-year-old home prior to listing it, and we very much appreciated the fact that their recommendations were respectful of our wish to keep renovation costs as low as possible. They also staged our home beautifully as part of their service,. We listed our home briefly during the holidays last year, then took it off the market until June, 2019. Within the first week we had three offers - and we sold at $10K more than our asking price. Several of our neighbors have already expressed an interest in using their services.
